Achievements of Life Sciences Graduate Students
During the 2006-2007 academic year, graduate students in the School of Life Sciences continued to be intimately involved in various professional activities, as indicated below:
- 14 students published 23 scientific articles
- 22 students received a total of $232,741 in fellowships and research grants
- two (2) students were invited to give talks at national and regional meetings
- 24 students gave 36 presentations at professional meetings
- 17 students participated in service and outreach activities
