The Juanita Greer White Distinguished Lecturer Series
The School of Life Sciences at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas established the Juanita Greer White Distinguished Lecturer Series in 1991. This seminar series honors Dr. Juanita Greer White (1905-1997), in recognition of her status as a pioneer woman in science, and for her numerous contributions to the advancement of higher education in the State of Nevada.
The White Lecture Series brings to the UNLV campus an internationally renowned biologist once every year. Below are the researchers (including their institutional affiliations and seminar titles) who the Department has honored as Juanita Greer White Distinguished Lecturers.
